Privacy & Discretion

Do you ship discreetly?

Absolutely. We respect your privacy 100%. We pack all your intimates and fetish wear in plain, unbranded mailers or simple boxes. The outside packaging gives absolutely zero hints about what is inside. You can order your gear with complete confidence. We also don’t make annoying phone calls to confirm orders.

How fast do you process orders?

We hustle to get your gear out the door. Our fulfillment team processes and ships most orders within 24 to 48 hours. Please keep in mind that our warehouse team rests on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If you place an order over the weekend, we will pack and ship it first thing the following business day.

How do I track my package? (US & Canada)

Once we hand your package over to the carrier, we will shoot you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.

  • For standard shipping, we use USPS (US) and Canada Post (Canada).
  • For expedited deliveries, we use DHL Express or FedEx.
    Simply click the "View your order" button in your email or click the tracking number directly to see real-time updates on your delivery.

USPS tracking says "Delivered," but my mailbox is empty. What gives?

Don't panic! USPS occasionally pre-scans packages and marks them as "Delivered" while they are still on the truck. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, please give it 2 to 3 more business days to show up. We also recommend checking with your neighbors or your building manager. If your gear still hasn't surfaced after 3 business days, reach out to us at Info@naughtyhe.com, and we will help you sort it out.
