Return & Exchange Procedure
If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Take a Photo: Snap a clear photo of the item(s) you wish to return.

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@Naughtyhe.com.

Submit Details: Include the photos, your Order ID, a brief explanation of the issue, and your preferred resolution (Return, Refund, Exchange, or Resend).

Get Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) slip and the correct return address for our International Center. > Note: Please do not send the package back to the original sender's address on the package, as this will severely delay your refund.

Ship the Item: Drop off the package at your local post office. We recommend using the most affordable registered airmail method available.

Share Tracking: Reply to our email with the return tracking number.

Processing: All exchanges or refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Return Conditions & Guidelines
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Validity: The return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition with no visible signs of wear.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original product packaging.

Authorization: Items returned without prior email authorization and an RMA slip will not be accepted.

Fees: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returnable items. The original shipping fee and shipping insurance are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Customs Duties: Please prepay any customs duties (DDP). We do not cover import duties on returned items. Packages with unpaid customs fees may be rejected and returned to you.
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
For hygiene and promotional reasons, the following items are strictly FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personal items (underwear, bodysuits, swim trunks, socks)
- Adult toys, mouth-covering masks/headgear, and intimate harnesses
- Promotional, discounted, or "last-chance" clearance items
Exceptions (Store Coupon / Credit Only)
For the circumstances listed below, we do not accept returns for a refund. However, to ensure your satisfaction, we will gladly offer a compensation coupon for your next order. Please contact our customer service for details:
- You simply do not like the item.
- The item does not fit as expected, but there are no quality defects.
- The shipping status shows as "Delivered," but you claim it was not received.
- Misunderstandings regarding fabric or product details that were already clearly stated in the product description/title.
- You accidentally placed the wrong order, and it was already shipped.
- Delivery failed due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
