Eligible Returns
Regular-priced items may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if they are unopened, unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be free from stains, odors, pet hair and any signs of wear.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, socks, bodysuits and other intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened, tried on, worn or washed.
Sale, discounted, promotional and bundle items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact info@naughtyhe.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, clear photos and a description of the issue. Our customer service team will respond within 3–5 business days.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee may apply.
International returns must be sent with all duties and taxes prepaid. Packages requiring us to pay customs charges may be refused and returned to the sender.
